About the Role
We are looking for a driven sales development representative to take ownership of building new business for RedSift in the United States. The responsibilities are account research, cold calling, writing personalised emails and LinkedIn messages, and ultimately, hitting your target.
You will be joining a small, hard working and close knit team. We work from the office 4 days a week, and support each other in a collaborative, target driven environment. This is a challenging role but the scale of opportunity is tremendous for the right candidate. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of RedSift’s growth in the largest global market.
The candidate should be a confident communicator, driven, resilient, have a growth mindset, interest in cyber security and have a great work ethic.
Key actions you will take everyday are:
- Bring a positive attitude and mindset to work
- Research prospective accounts and identify key decision makers and the messaging that would resonate.
- Make 30+ (typically more) cold calls to IT decision makers each day
- Write personalised emails and LinkedIn messages
- Organise yourself and manage your time to enable high quality and quantity of outreach
- Learn every day: about our customers, their pan points, our product
- Collaborate with your team mates and account executives, sharing best practices that you pick up
- Have some fun
