About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a resilient, driven, and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate our growth. This is a role for someone who doesn't back down in the face of a challenge, someone who hears, "this is a tough market," and responds, "watch me."
You’ll be focused on the US market, developing the US is a key strategic priority for RedSift and you will be central to that mission. We have landed some key logos such as Cisco and Zoominfo, and now it’s time to expand.
You’ll be at the front line of our sales engine, identifying and engaging potential customers, building early-stage relationships, and qualifying opportunities that turn into long-term Red Sift clients. This role will give you the opportunity to collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Strategically research, identify, and prospect into target accounts
- Proactively engage accounts with outbound cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound interest and route it efficiently through the sales funnel
- Build rapport with decision-makers and understand their pain points
- Book meetings and create pipeline for our Account Executives
- Track engagement, activity, and outcomes in our CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams
- Act as the first ambassador of the Red Sift brand to new prospects

📈 Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience, bonus points for B2B SaaS or sales, but we’re open to people from different backgrounds!
- Strong written and verbal communication skillExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms (Salesforce,, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize workload independently
- Curious, methodical, and results-oriented
